About ‘Houve Um Tempo’, Dafnis writes:

The title means ‘Once Upon a Time’. This is a cheerful and uplifting track in Portuguese, based on the Baião and Partido Alto/Samba styles with a very lyrical and vivid melody. This song is a perfect example of the spirit of collaboration within the album. I wrote the music first and then I asked Luciana to write the lyrics for it, which fit just perfectly with the storytelling and the music of the song.
